Acai Bowl

Ingredients-

  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 2 cups of frozen berries
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 packet of frozen acai
  • 1/2 cup of granola
  • 1/4 cup of of coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 banana (cut up)
  • 1/2 cup of fresh blue berries
  • Directions-

  • Combine spinach, frozen berries, and water in a blender. Once blended add in acai.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with granola, coconut, chia seeds, and honey.
  • Cut up banana and blueberries and add on top of the bowl.
